The AI Assistant is your on‑screen co‑pilot that understands natural language, navigates the UI for you, and performs everyday tasks inside FundiFI, all without leaving your keyboard.

Getting Started
- Enable the Assistant (Subscription settings, see table above).
- Open the Assistant panel – press
Ctrl + K(or click the ✨ icon in the header). - Type a prompt in plain English (see examples below) and press Enter.
- Watch the Assistant work – it will navigate or perform the task, then summarise what happened.

Keep the panel open to refine: "Now sort by amount", "Undo that", etc.

Best Practices
✅ Do
- Start with specific prompts: person names, campaign titles, tag names.
- Chain prompts—use follow‑ups instead of rewriting the whole request.
- Watch carefully the first time a new action runs and provide feedback.
❌ Avoid
- Sharing sensitive personal data in prompts (credit‑card numbers, passwords).
FAQ
**Is the Assistant using my customer data to train external models?**No. Your prompt and the minimal context required are securely sent to our LLM provider(s) for real‑time processing. Under our agreements, these partners do not use this data to train or improve their public models and delete it after processing. Your data never becomes publicly accessible and remains protected by contractual and technical safeguards.
Can I disable it for my whole organisation? Yes, Org Admins can toggle the feature off in Settings → Security → Features.
Does it cost extra? During Private Beta the Assistant is free on paid plans; pricing will be announced before general release.
Where do I report issues or suggestions? Type your feedback directly to your Assistant who will make a note of it and send it to our team. Or email us directly at support@FundiFI.app.
