Configuration
Before drafting your first Document, take a moment to set up your sender details:
- Confirm Sender Email – Navigate to Settings → Email and verify the "From" address that appears in recipients’ inboxes.
- Verify Your Domain (recommended) – Follow the in‑app guided steps to add DNS records and prove you own the domain. Verified domains see higher deliverability and fewer spam flags. You can still send without this step, but results may vary.
- Templates – Choose a starter template from the gallery or forward examples of your current campaigns to our team at support@FundiFI. We’ll convert them into reusable, on‑brand templates and load them into your account.
Getting Started
- Create a Document → Publishing → New Document.
- Write & Design using the block editor or ask the Assistant to draft copy.
- Select Recipients by adding one or more Tags.
- Schedule or Send – choose Send Now or pick a future date & time.
- Track Performance from the broadcast detail page.

Can I preview my email before sending?
Yes—use the built‑in Preview tab or send a test to yourself.
How do I avoid sending duplicates?
Each recipient only receives one copy per broadcast, even if they have multiple matching Tags.
What statistics are tracked?
Opens, clicks, bounces, and unsubscribe events. More metrics coming soon.
Will SMS cost extra?
SMS pricing will be usage‑based when the feature launches. Email capabilities remain included in your plan tier.
