  2. Create Your First Campaign → Fundraising → New Campaign
  3. Share Your Donation Page → Copy the link and start accepting Gifts!

FAQ​

What payment methods can I accept?
Credit/debit cards and offline payments (cash/check) are currently supported. ACH bank transfers are on the Planned Roadmap.

Are transaction fees included?
Stripe fees apply (2.9% + 30¢ for cards). Your FundiFI plan may include options for Supporters to cover fees.

How quickly do funds arrive?
Online payments typically deposit within 2-3 business days directly to your bank account.

Can I customize tax receipts?
Yes! Pro and Enterprise plans allow custom receipt templates with your branding and messaging.

AI Assistant (alpha)​

What the AI Assistant can do with Fundraising​

Note: The AI Assistant is currently available to early adopters as part of our Private Alpha release. In early versions the Assistant's capabilities will be limited and may change often.

The current version of your Assistant will be limited to performing actions within the application, effectively acting as a co-pilot who can navigate and take actions within the application UI.
