Learn how to quickly find specific Constituents or groups using powerful search tools, filters, and sorting options. Whether you're looking for one person or a targeted list for outreach.

Quick Start
Method 1: Using AI Assistant (Recommended)
- Open the AI Assistant panel by pressing
Ctrl + Kor clicking the Assistant icon - Ask for what you need in natural language:
- "Show me all volunteers"
- "Find Sarah Johnson"
- "Show Constituents tagged as major donors, sorted by last name"
- The Assistant applies filters and searches automatically
- Refine your results with follow-up requests like "Now sort by last name"
- Keep the Assistant panel open to quickly adjust filters or try new searches
Method 2: Manual Navigation
- Navigate to People in your main menu
- Use the search bar to find specific Constituents by name or email
- Click filter options to narrow results by tags
- Click column headers to sort results
🤖 AI Assistant Tip: Instead of clicking through multiple filter dropdowns, just tell the Assistant exactly what you're looking for. It understands context and can combine multiple criteria in one request!
Search Methods
Basic Text Search
What it searches:
- First and Last Names
- Email addresses

Search tips:
- Partial matches work: "John" finds "John Smith" and "Johnson"
- Email domains: "@gmail.com" finds all Gmail users
- Case insensitive: "SARAH" and "sarah" return same results
Tag-Based Filtering
