Overview
Get a bird’s-eye view of every Supporters who has given—complete with lifetime, year‑to‑date, and recent giving activity—plus instant filters and headline KPIs.
Time to complete: 1–2 minutes

Prerequisites: At least one recorded Gift in Fundraising
Key Metrics (dashboard tiles)

Quick Start
- Navigate: Fundraising → Reports → Donor Summary. The report loads with Current Year filters.
- Scan the Tiles for high‑level KPIs.
- Adjust Filters to slice the data (e.g. set Date Range = Last 3 Years).
- Click a Row to jump to that donor’s profile for deeper insight.
- Export (CSV or PDF) from the overflow ⋯ menu if you need to share.
🤖 Assistant Tip: Ask “Show me lapsed donors over $1,000 lifetime.” The report opens filtered and sorted for you.

Troubleshooting
